Sissu is a small town situated in the Lahaul valley of Himachal Pradesh and on the banks of Chandra river (40 km from Manali). It is great place to go in summers if you want to enjoy nature, scenic view of snow covered mountains and pleasant weather. If you are in Manali then you can definitely visit this place as it will not take more than 1 day to explore here.
From Sissu you can go to Jispa Valley (53 km). Jispa is a village in Lahaul on the banks of river Bhaga offering you with mesmerizing view of the surrounding mountains and the valley. It is a preferred pitstop for Travelers going to Leh from Manali. This peaceful village offers views which you will never forget.
On the way from Sissu to Jispa you can also visit Keylong which is an administrative centre of the Lahaul and Spiti district.

Carry garbage bags with you where you can put your wastes and later dump them in a dustbin
Do not play loud music while you drive or during the trek. It disturbs the peace of the people and animals there
